The EVSU Admission Application provides access to interested student-applicants for admission to the various curricular programs in the Main and External Campuses of Eastern Visayas State University. It offers two options for admission application–the Full-Online Application and the Assisted Application. Please read the details and links below for more information on the requirements and the application process.

Admission Requirements:

New Students:

  • 1 Photocopy of High School Report card with 3rd Grading Rating
  • 1 Photocopy of Certificate of Good Moral
  • 4 pcs 2×2 recent ID picture with white background
  • 1 long brown envelope

Transferees:

  • 1 Photocopy of Transcript of Records
  • 1 Photocopy of Honorable Dismissal
  • 4 pcs 2×2 recent ID picture with white background
  • 1 long brown envelope

Application Process:

A. FULL ONLINE APPLICATION

An admission application that provides for applicant’s choice of interview and examination schedules. Please be guided by the following steps:

  1. Visit https://apps.evsu.edu.ph
  2. Click Online Admission Icon
  3. Fill out the EVSU Admission Application with personal information, schedule of interview and preferred examination schedule. Applicant takes interview at the Campus of Choice but may take the exam at any campus with the preferred schedule of examination.
  4. Save, download and print (use long bond paper) in two(2) copies the pdf copy of duly filled-out form and sign. NOTES:
    (a.) Attach the two (2) copies of the 2×2 ID Picture in the first copy of the Admission Application Form and attach only one (1) 2×2 ID picture at the upper right portion of the 2nd copy of the form. The remaining one (1) copy of the 2×2 ID picture is to be attached at the upper right portion of the brown envelope.
    (b.) A confirmation email is sent upon successful application.
  5. Student-applicant presents and submits the duly-filled out form (in 2 copies) and the admission requirements to the College/Campus of choice on the preferred interview schedule.
  6. Interviewer conducts assessment and interview and releases the Examination Permit to the applicant for presentation to the Office of Guidance Services (OGS) of the University.
  7. Student-applicant proceeds to the OGS for validation and approval of Examination Permit.
  8. Student-applicant takes the EVSU Admission Test as scheduled.

B. ASSISTED APPLICATION

Assisted admission application gives applicant access to a downloadable Admission Application Form. The applicant manually enters the required information in the downloaded Admission Application Form. It involves the following procedures:

  1. Visit https://apps.evsu.edu.ph
  2. Click Online Admission Icon
  3. CLick “DOWNLOAD ADMISSION APPLICATION FORM” to download & print (use long bond paper) in two(2) copies the EVSU Admission Application Form.
  4. Fill-out Part I(Personal Information) of the form and sign. NOTE: Attach the two (2) copies of the 2×2 ID Picture in the first copy of the Admission Application Form and attach only one (1) 2×2 ID picture at the upper right portion of the 2nd copy of the form. The remaining one (1) copy of the 2×2 ID picture is to be attached at the upper right portion of the brown envelope.
  5. Student-applicant submits admission requirements and presents the duly filled-out form (in 2 copies) for data encoding and interview at the College/Campus of choice.
  6. Interviewer conducts assessment and interview. Examination Permit is released to the applicant for presentation to the Office of the Guidance Services (OGS).
  7. Student-applicant proceeds to the OGS for examination scheduling and approval of Examination Permit.
  8. Student-applicant takes the EVSU Admission Test per schedule set by the OGS.
